Yes its that same old sabzi that you will find in someone's tiffin or dabba.
I remember my friend gettin it in their dabba during school days, to be honest as a child i never liked this vegetable. I used to dislike the stickyness of the vegetable and small gooeey balls, enough of graphics but yeah i didnt like it.
Well God had other plans, he was like " Rukjaa bacchu tu khaayegee bhi aur banayegee bhi"...lolll...and yes i finally learnt how to make this vegetable.
but what i have realised is that if I add tomato and onion I love the sabzi!! The sweetness of the onion with the tangy tomato flavour is like woowwww....( i am sounding like Ratatouille...that mouse who loved cooking)
i guess cooking is actually mixing different flavours to bring out a final fataaaaang flavour that lingers even after you are done eating, i think thats when the dish is a hit !!
